Our Policies
_
All babies will be de-wormed several times, have all age appropriate vaccinations and micro chipped! All our babies are fully evaluated and checked by our Vet.
Puppies are sold on spay/neuter contracts only. All pet/companion puppies are required to be spayed/neutered. For Females, spaying is generally between six months of age and after the first heat cycle. For males, neutering is generally between six months of age until 12 months of age. Some Veterinarians recommend 18 months of age.
All puppies come with limited AKC Registration. Full Registration may be available upon request for an additional fee. We have very good breeding lines and do protect our puppies from becoming livestock for breeding!
We require proof of spayed/neutered certificate from your Vet after your puppy is spayed or neutered. It is important to have your puppy spayed or neutered! You must sign a contract agreeing to this before you can take your puppy home.
We reserve the right to refuse to sell our puppies to anyone, at anytime, without a reason given.
The buyer has TEN days after receipt of the puppy to have him/her examined by your Veterinarian or health guarantee is null and void. You must have proof of this visit with-in the time frame stated above. In the unlikely event that your puppy is found by your Veterinarian to be seriously ill within this time period, you may request an exchange upon returning the puppy to us. If no more puppies are available in your litter, you will have first pick in next litter. We will give you the option to refund your money for the puppy or replace the puppy if there is ever a serious health issue.
Note: While we do everything we can to prevent internal and external parasites, positive results for parasites, including Worms, Giardia, Coccidia, fleas, ticks, etc. are not a reason to return or refund a puppy. These types of parasites, while annoying, are easily curable.
We will not be responsible for contagious disease contracted after the puppy has left our care. Remember that Dog Parks and puppy training classes can cause health issues to your puppy, due to the high frequency of dogs. Also visiting another dog that does not have all of their required vaccinations and/or parasite control. We recommend that you keep your puppy home until they complete their Distemper, Lyme, Canine Influenza, Bordetella and Rabies vaccination series. This way your baby is fully protected.
We offer a two year health guarantee for any genetic defect(s) in any puppies.

~BREEDING RIGHTS:
Unlimited Registration ~
Attention Breeders:
I do not share breeding rights with our lines. My puppies are adopted as has companions or potential service/therapy canines. I am proud to have raised my bloodlines and breeding program for 22 years with only the betterment of the breed in mind. My lines are established with AKC registration, OFA certifications and and DNA analyzed lines. In having those vital tests, my name appears on all of those vital documents and clearances, making me responsible for what occurs within the bloodlines, in the future of that dog if placed in another breeding program. I would not have any insight or say in the next person’s breeding program or ethics. So, this will remain our strict policy. Thank you for your consideration.
